Today I’m sharing this fun chipboard album made completely with my CAMEO, Silhouette chipboard, some card stock and pattern paper.
This design is a favorite by Lori Whitlock and there are several different edges you can get for the album. Today I’m using the scallop, but you can also get a ticket shaped album, a pinking edge, and others.
My album is for some of my scrapbooking pictures so I love this title…”Make Stuff, Be Happy”. I made the banner portion a bit larger than the rest of the title and just added a few cute enamel dots so the focus was on the title.
For one of the inside pages, I cut out an adorable frame. It was so cute I decided not to add a photo inside….I just liked the look of the shape by itself with a few stickers.
I cut the entire album out with Silhouette chipboard to make each page nice and sturdy. Then I cut the pages again with cream card stock. The cutting file comes with the inset pages also, so I picked out some cute pattern paper for those, embellished and added photos, and hung the album on a fun stand in my craft room.
Well folks, this is my last post for my time on the 2013/14 Design Team. I have loved every minute sharing my projects with you and hope you’ll stop by my personal blog and say hi sometime! www.artsyalbums.com
